Registration Links

After registering online for a class and paying the registration fee, you need to accept or decline your Fall 2007 class(es), as well as submit your refundable maintenance deposit and tuition. To do so, please go to the following link: http://www.littlehands.org/scripts/confirm.php?q=20

After paying tuition, complete your enrollment by clicking on the following link and filling in the online forms: http://www.littlehands.org/scripts/complete.php?q=20

Through the link above, you will be asked to complete a job preference form. To receive the job that best fits your requirements, please submit the form as soon as possible, since jobs are generally assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Medical Forms

Please download, print, complete, and return the following forms before your first day of class:

• Emergency Medical Authorization
• Participating Parent's Medical Form
• Child's Pre-Admission Health Form

If you attended Summer Session 2007 and already submitted these forms, there is no need to resubmit for the Fall, unless any information has changed. Please mail the forms to:

Job Descriptions and Job Preference Form

Little Hands is a volunteer-driven organization, and each Little Hands family is responsible for a job that takes approximately 15-20 hours over the course of the school year. Job participation is very important to the school -- therefore, if a family fails to fulfill their job, this may impact their future enrollment. We very much appreciate the efforts & dedication from all our parents. It truly makes a difference at our school!

Please know that we make every effort to assign jobs that fit your time, talents and preferences. Thank you in advance for your flexibility and commitment.

• Job Descriptions 2008-2009. This Adobe Acrobat pdf document describes each job in detail. Review it to determine which job(s) you'd like to sign up for.
• Job Preference Form. This form is mandatory for the participating parent to select their top job preferences. It is available online, as part of our online registration process. If you need a hard copy of the form, please contact the Little Hands administrative assistant.
