Welcome to Little Hands, where parents and children have a unique opportunity to learn and grow together.
Little Hands is a play-based, non-profit, parent participation school that has been serving Bay Area families for over three decades. Our mission is to provide a stimulating, safe and nurturing environment for both parents and their children.

Our classes are 2 hours in length and parents and their children, aged 6 to 36 months, attend together each week. Classes meet 1-2 times per week during the regular school year. Little Hands also offers a separate 6-week summer session.
Each class time includes parents and children coming together as a group twice – once for parent provided snack and at the end for music time. During class parents divide their time between observation, discussion and supervision while their children explore the school through play.

Babies, toddlers and young preschoolers are invited to play, learn and explore stations throughout the school. Toys and weekly activities are specifically selected for their little hands and growing minds. At Little Hands your child will have the opportunity to paint, dig, climb, read, sing, swing, plant, cook, build, pour, sculpt, ride and more!
for returning families and on March 20th, 2010 for new families.
