• Classes held outside for September and October
• Smaller, stable class cohorts established for safety
• Masks for all adults; masks encouraged for 3 and 4 year olds

Drop-Off Class Details

• Twos class will begin with small groups - 6 parent/child pairs on Tuesday, 6 parent/child pairs on Thursday for the first two weeks.
• Threes class will begin with small groups - 5 parent/child pairs on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for the first week or two.
• Parents who drop off will not join closing circle time in order to maintain safe distancing.
• We cannot guarantee a preference day for work days versus drop-offs.​

• ​Enrollment includes:

           - $100 Non-Refundable Registration Fee per child
           - $475.00 Refundable Co-op Deposit per family 
           - $250.00 Non-Refundable Covid Fee Deposit
           - May Tuition (Refund dependent upon circumstances)

• For tuition payment, there are two options:
  1. Families may elect to pay in full at time of registration.
  2. Families can choose a Monthly Payment Plan. This option requires a credit card on file, and will charge the $100 Non-Refundable Registration Fee, the $475 Refundable Co-op Deposit, the $250.00 Non-Refundable Covid Deposit, and May tuition at the time of registration. Then, beginning on September 1, eight equal tuition payments will be charged to the card on file on the first of each month through April 1.
• If you enroll after September 1, please contact the Office Manager at [email protected] to prorate your tuition based on the date of registration.
• Sibling Tuition Discount: Little Hands offers a discount for families enrolling more than one child in classes at Little Hands during the same term. Each family pays full tuition for the first child and will receive a 25% discount for all siblings with tuition of equal or lesser amount.

Little Hands is a volunteer-driven organization and your active participation ensures the smooth operation of the overall success of the program, and a positive experience for your family. Note: Co-Op requirements, parent education, school events, and maintenance days are all subject to variations during Covid. Stay tuned for details. 

Co-Op Deposit

• A Co-op Deposit (as described on the Tuition & Fees tab) is required at the beginning of the year and is reimbursed once the family has completed the starred elements from the chart.  Should this not be completed by the end of the school year, the Deposit will be forfeited.  
• If a class is dropped, the Co-op Deposit will be refunded per the Class Refund Policy outlined in the FAQs.

In-Class Participation ​​	Little Hands parents take an active role in class (more or less depending on the class/age of child). We ask all parents to be good classroom citizens, help on stations, be supportive and respectful in discussions, and help with cleanup and snack on a rotating basis. ​
Parent Education Night Classes	Little Hands parents attend 3 additional night classes during the year. There is an all-school orientation in September, and then a spring and fall parent ed class with your class. The 3s/4s Class also holds additional discussion nights during the year. ​
School Job	Each family selects a school job for the year. Whether it’s making playdough, planting plants, getting donations, technology, leading events, or many others, we’ve got a job for you! Jobs take approximately 12-16 hours over the year.
Event Volunteering	Families divide and conquer to host our various events throughout the year. You get to choose the event you’d like to support. Event volunteering usually takes about 4-6 hours and it’s tons of fun to work with and get to know new families on your event team!
Saturday Maintenance Day	Little Hands prides itself on our organized and clean facility. Parents help make that happen. Each family chooses one Saturday during the year to gather with others from 8am to 11:30am, share some coffee and donuts, and make the place sparkle and shine!

After registering, your confirmation email will contain an Enrollment Kit, including: 

• Medical forms to be filled out for each participating adult and child
• Copies for your records of the forms submitted online: emergency medical authorization form, and acknowledgement of responsibilities and school policies.

Forms are due prior to orientation. They may be submitted via one of the following options:
