​Enrollment includes:

• Due at registration: $100 Non-Refundable Registration Fee and May 2024 Tuition 
• Due in August: $275.00 Refundable Co-op Deposit per family (refunded at the end of the school year) and $200 Operations Fee to cover supplies and maintenance. 

​​For tuition payment, there are two options:

1. Families may elect to pay in full at time of registration.
2. Families can choose a Monthly Payment Plan. This option requires a credit card on file, and will charge the $100 Non-Refundable Registration Fee and May tuition at the time of registration. The Refundable Co-op Deposit and Operations Fee will be collected in August. Then, beginning on September 1, eight equal tuition payments will be charged to the card on file on the first of each month through April 1.

• If you enroll after September 1, please contact the Office Manager at [email protected] to prorate your tuition based on the date of registration.
• Sibling Tuition Discount: Little Hands offers a discount for families enrolling more than one child in classes at Little Hands during the same term. Each family pays full tuition for the first child and will receive a 25% discount for all siblings with tuition of equal or lesser amount.
• Active Advantage is an additional program offered by our registration software administrator and is not a requirement for registration at Little Hands. Please be sure that you have clearly read the terms and conditions before enrolling in this additional offer. 

Little Hands is a volunteer-driven organization, and your active participation ensures the smooth operation of the overall success of the program and a positive experience for your family. ​

Co-Op Deposit

• A Co-op Deposit (as described on the Tuition & Fees tab) is required at the beginning of the school year and is reimbursed once the family completes their tasks as outlined in the chart to the right.  Should this not be completed by the end of the school year, the Deposit will be forfeited.  
• If a class is dropped, the Co-op Deposit will be refunded per the Class Refund Policy outlined in the FAQs.
• Families who are unable to participate in a school job can elect to choose a job buyout. We ask all families to attend parent education nights. 

In-Class Participation ​​	Little Hands parents take an active role in class (more or less depending on the class/age of child). We ask all parents to be good classroom citizens, help on stations, be supportive and respectful in discussions, and help with cleanup and snack on a rotating basis. ​​
Parent Education Night Classes	Little Hands parents attend 3 additional night classes during the year. There is an all-school orientation in September, and then a spring and fall parent ed night with your class. The 2s Class also holds "discussion week" once a month in class for families to cover a parenting topic. ​​
Co-Op Contribution Team	Each family that joins Little Hands will be part of a co-op contribution team. Each team works together to help support different aspects of the school. The team works as a community, and each member contributes based on their unique skills and interests. With teams working together, we ask that each family contribute about 8-10 hours throughout the year. Co-op Contribution Teams include: Facilities Team - Helps with school grounds, including small projects, cleaning, plant maintenance, and other grounds work.   Spirit Team - Helps with on-site events (Ice Cream Social, Halloween Party and Sweetheart Breakfast), posts flyers, takes photos, creates connections within the classroom.  ​Admin Team - Helps with office projects, tech and website, supports staff and director, creates graphics and flyers, makes playdough for curriculum, reaches out to past donors for support.

Registration: Returning families may register on February 1, 2023. New families may register after February 10, 2023.
