Little Hands is a play-based, non-profit, parent participation program that has been ​serving Bay Area families for over four decades.

  • Frequency: Classes are 1-3 times per week during the regular school year; parents can enroll in multiple sessions depending upon ages. Summer session also available.
  • What Time:  2 - 2.5 hours per class; see Classes & Registration.
  • Summer Sessions: Yes
  • Costs: See Classes & Registration (Tuition & Fees tab); parent-run cooperatives have lower tuition requirements.
  • Teachers: Hold California teaching credentials and degrees in early childhood education or a related field.
  • Accreditation: Operates in association with Sequoia Adult School, which is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.
