Little Hands is Hiring! Join us and be a part of something special.
Job Posting: Teacher, part-time, 1-2 mornings per week, children 1-2 years.
About Little Hands:
Little Hands is a parent cooperative preschool serving parents and their children, ages 6 months to 4 years. At Little Hands, we believe that children learn best through play and exploration and that the freedom to discover, get messy, and direct their own play allows them to show and teach the adults in their world the magic they see in simple things. We also believe that all parents not only deserve the support and friendship of a parenting community, but that they thrive when part of one. We feel that each person -- parent and child -- is unique and learns in his/her own way and at his/her own pace and that understanding and respecting these differences is key to creating a safe, open and nurturing environment.
Little Hands teachers are uniquely committed to supporting parents and children, providing community, and ensuring a safe place for children to play, learn, and develop social skills. Being a part of the Little Hands staff is a rewarding experience, where learning never stops and every teaching day is full of joyful experiences.
